Property Management
Pacific Coast Realty offers property management as a special service to our clients who purchase their properties through us.
Our full time property management department will monitor your property and arrange for any maintanence that may need to be done, manage employees and pay their salaries and insurance. We will set up utilities such as cable tv, telephone, cell service, security systems or whatever else you may want and make sure those monthly bills are paid. We will also help you set up your bank accounts and manage your finances. We can assist you with obtaining residency, purchasing a vehicle and basically provide you with a wealth of knowledge gained through our years of experience.
Should you decide to enter your home into our Vacation Rental program we will handle the marketing of your home, take bookings and schedule maid service. We will meet your guests and check them into and out of the property.
